Astroworld is run by a small team. Staff never sell items, never give cash, and never ask for your password.

Roles

• Owner - final word on everything.
• Admin - server config and oversight.
• Moderator - in-game reports and enforcement.
• Helper - answers questions in chat and Discord.

Contacting Staff

• /report <player> <reason> - submit an in-game report (forwarded to staff with the astroworld.report.staff permission).
• Discord ticket channels.

Recognising Staff

Staff have coloured prefixes in chat. Anyone DMing you claiming to be staff without a matching in-game prefix is impersonating - report immediately.

Joining the Team

Applications open periodically. Watch the Discord announcements channel for application windows.
