Cosmic vs Legendary: Which to Chase?

The Cosmic Crate and the Legendary Crate are both top-tier, but they serve different goals. Legendary is the best general crate - netherite, totems and the most useful loot for actually gearing up. Cosmic is cosmetics-first: its pool is dominated by 200+ weapon skins, with cash and resources as the minority. If your priority is power, open Legendary; if you want skins or you are grinding Eyes for the endgame, Cosmic is the one.
