What Dimensional Anchor does

[ETERNAL] Anchors the wearer against direct and explosive knockback.

It triggers on defense;defense mob and can be applied to all chestplates. It has a single level, so there is nothing to upgrade once the book is on the item. You may see it written as Dimensionalanchor in older guides; in game it reads Dimensional Anchor.

When it fires

Dimensional Anchor gets a chance to fire in more than one situation, which makes it far less situational than a single-trigger enchant:

When a player hits you.
When a mob hits you.

Other Eternal enchants that fire on the same trigger: Reality Tear, Time Warp. Stacking several of these on one item means more rolls in the same moment rather than coverage of new situations.

Applying Enchants

Use /ae in-game to access the enchant menu. Higher-tier books have lower default apply success rates. Pair the book with Magic Dust to increase the success rate, and apply a White Scroll to the target item first to protect it from breaking on a failed apply.
