How to Get Enchants
Custom enchant books and supporting consumables come from a fixed set of sources.
Enchant Books
- Crates - every crate tier can drop books, with rarity matching the crate tier.
- Pouches - higher-tier pouches contain enchant book rolls.
- Boss top-5 placements - bonus loot tables include high-tier books.
- Vote bonus - every claimed vote rolls a small chance for SIMPLE -> LEGENDARY books (see How to Vote).
- Auction House - players resell what they roll. Check

Magic Dust
Magic Dust increases the success rate when applying a book. The percentage is shown on the dust item.
Scrolls
- White Scroll - applied to an item before enchanting; if the next apply fails, the item survives.
- Black Scroll - extracts an enchant from an item, returning it as a book.
Recommended Workflow
- Roll a book from a crate, pouch or vote bonus.
- Stack Magic Dust to push the apply success rate up.
- Apply a White Scroll to the target item.
- Apply the book.

Common questions about getting enchants
Where do enchant books drop?
Custom enchant books drop from boss fights (top damage and top-5 placement), pouches, vote and daily crates, and from the higher-tier Legendary and Cosmic crates. Eternal-tier books are restricted to the rarest sources, mainly bosses and Mythical Pouches.
Can I buy enchant books?
Books cannot be bought directly from the store, but they are tradeable, so you can buy them from other players on the Auction House with /ah. Eternal books are usually the most expensive single items on the AH.
