AstroCoins
AstroCoins are Astroworld's premium points currency, kept completely separate from in-game Money ($). Where Money handles trades, auctions and the day-to-day economy, AstroCoins are the currency for cosmetics, convenience perks and a handful of quality-of-life unlocks. Because they are a points balance rather than a Vault currency, AstroCoins never drop on death and cannot be lost in PvP - your balance is tied to your account, not your inventory.
Earning AstroCoins
- Pouches - the most reliable in-game source; most pouch reward pools include an AstroCoin bundle.
- Vote Crate rolls - the Vote Crate can roll small AstroCoin amounts, so daily voting trickles points in.
- Event rewards - seasonal and limited-time events frequently pay out in AstroCoins.
- The store - point bundles can be purchased directly at astroworldmc.com/store to support server hosting.
Commands
/points- check your AstroCoin balance, and where it is enabled, open the points shop GUI./points pay <player> <amount>- on configurations where transfers are enabled, send points to another player.
What AstroCoins Buy
The points shop is the home of non-pay-to-win extras: particle trails, chat colours and tags, pets and other cosmetics, plus convenience perks such as extra /sethome slots on some setups. Nothing in the AstroCoin shop affects combat stats, so spending or saving points never changes the balance of a fight - it is purely about personalising how you play.
Saving vs Spending
Because AstroCoins arrive in small, steady amounts from voting and pouches, the fastest way to a meaningful balance is consistency: claim every daily vote, open pouches as you earn them rather than hoarding sealed ones, and join events while they are live. Cosmetics in the shop are permanent once unlocked, so there is no downside to saving up for a big-ticket cosmetic instead of spending points piecemeal.
