Toxin Coat
What Toxin Coat does
Chance to give poison to your attacker.
It triggers on defense;defense mob;defense projectile and can be applied to all armors. The enchant goes up to level 4, and each level changes the numbers rather than the behaviour, so the table below is the whole picture. You may see it written as Poisoned in older guides; in game it reads Toxin Coat.

When it fires
Toxin Coat gets a chance to fire in more than one situation, which makes it far less situational than a single-trigger enchant:
- When a player hits you.
- When a mob hits you.
- When an arrow or other projectile hits you.

How to Obtain
Rare Crate, mid-tier pouches, and the vote bonus roll (3% chance per claimed vote).

Applying Enchants
Use /ae in-game to access the enchant menu. Higher-tier books have lower default apply success rates. Pair the book with Magic Dust to increase the success rate, and apply a White Scroll to the target item first to protect it from breaking on a failed apply.
