Stormcaller
What Stormcaller does
Strike monsters with lightning every 3 consecutive hits.
It triggers on attack mob and can be applied to all axes and all swords. The enchant goes up to level 3, and each level changes the numbers rather than the behaviour, so the table below is the whole picture. You may see it written as Thunderlord in older guides; in game it reads Stormcaller.
Effects per level

Some levels only fire under a condition set by the server, shown in the plugin as ['%attacker combo% > 2 : %allow%']. If the condition is not met, the effect is skipped for that hit.
When it fires
Stormcaller only checks when you land a melee hit on a mob. Outside that moment the enchant is inert, so it is worth matching it to how you actually play.
Other Cosmic enchants that fire on the same trigger: Beastslayer, Kill Aura. Stacking several of these on one item means more rolls in the same moment rather than coverage of new situations.

How to Obtain
Legendary Crate, high-tier pouches, and the vote bonus roll (0.1% chance per claimed vote).

Applying Enchants
Use /ae in-game to access the enchant menu. Higher-tier books have lower default apply success rates. Pair the book with Magic Dust to increase the success rate, and apply a White Scroll to the target item first to protect it from breaking on a failed apply.
